Pilonidal Experience #43

“I have had smaller pilo cysts before…. Until this passed week where I came across on that was way bigger and way more red than I have ever had. I could literally not sleep what so ever I would just stand up in the middle of the night crying and crying because the pain is just awful. I am a college student and I had to stand up for a 4 hour lecture because it is just so painful to sit. I kept holding off to go to the emergency room since I had so much homework to do… Finally this morning the pain was so unbearable it caused me to vomit. I asked my roommate if she could take me to the emergency room (mind you this was around 5 am I have a very nice roommate) she said yes. As I arrive to the ER I started getting nervous thinking how embarrassing I have to show them my butt (I am a female). The doctor and nurse come in gave me 1 milligram of the strongest painkiller through an IV which hit me like a train I was higher than the sky. Doctor gave me some type of shot on the cyst which hurt soooooooo much I started screaming and crying then cut open the cyst and started squeezing the pus out which in my opinion one of the most painful things on this earth… As she was doing this I started screaming even louder and louder finally what seemed to be decades but was only 5 minutes of hell came to an end.. Doctor packed it with gauze that I need to change out… Even said this was the worst cyst she has ever seen… To conclude this pilo. cyst are THEE MOST PAINFUL THINGS THAT CAN EVER HAPPEN YOU CANT SIT CANT WALK CANT SLEEP CANT LIVE”
